Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Goldfish Swim School Franchising. This is a part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility of growing to full-time.

This position will assist in general office and administrative support, serving as the first point of contact for our company. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including receiving phone calls, processing mail, supply ordering, maintaining a clean office space, and providing general administrative support to our franchise team and home office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be friendly, driven, and outgoing, with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Front Desk: Manage incoming calls and visitors, determine what action is required
  • Cafe: Coordinate food ordering and maintain stock levels
  • Incoming / Outgoing Mail: Process and distribute mail efficiently
  • Office Supplies: Order and manage inventory replenishment
  • Admin Support: Provide administrative support to the Franchise Team

Salary: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience.
