Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at Shively Bros. Inc. as a key member in ensuring the smooth operation of our office functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various tasks, including but not limited to:
- Overseeing office operations to optimize efficiency.
- Processing billings to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Creating, tracking, and managing quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders.
- Handling daily deposits with the bank and fund transfers.
- Picking, packing, and shipping customer products.
- Maintaining safety standards and good housekeeping practices in the office.
- Providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Adhering to and demonstrating Shively Bros. Inc.'s Core Values in all aspects of the role.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team's overall success.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with Business Central is a plus.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role, with some experience in a lead capacity.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
