Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at Shively Bros. Inc. as a key member in ensuring the smooth operation of our office functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing office operations to optimize efficiency.
  • Processing billings to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Creating, tracking, and managing quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders.
  • Handling daily deposits with the bank and fund transfers.
  • Picking, packing, and shipping customer products.
  • Maintaining safety standards and good housekeeping practices in the office.
  • Providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
  • Adhering to and demonstrating Shively Bros. Inc.'s Core Values in all aspects of the role.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team's overall success.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with Business Central is a plus.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role, with some experience in a lead capacity.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
