Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for handling employee-related issues, payroll processing, recruitment support, maintaining accurate personnel files, and providing administrative assistance to all employees. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree or higher preferred. You'll also need experience in maintaining personnel files and HRIS systems, preferably ADP. Basic knowledge of employment laws and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, are essential. Additionally, you should be able to provide excellent customer service, exhibit patience and calmness under pressure, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
