Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team at Soldier Field, a premier sports and entertainment venue. As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and providing exceptional service to all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Greeting and Engagement: Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Event Preparation: Gather and maintain the necessary equipment for each event, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Knowledge and Information: Familiarize yourself with the layout and history of Soldier Field, and provide general information to guests about the venue, transportation, accessibility, concessions, restrooms, seating areas, and more.
  • Guest Support: Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times, and assist guests with their needs and questions during high-traffic times.
  • Event Etiquette and Procedures: Inform guests about Soldier Field etiquette, policies, and procedures during major events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Relay information to supervisors throughout events, and utilize briefing reports to ensure proper communication with guests and supervisors.
  • Guest Anticipation and Support: Observe guests and anticipate their needs during events, and assist with directing guests, answering questions, and relaying messages to supervisors when necessary.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Complete other projects and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
  • Availability and Flexibility: Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Comfort in Crowds: Must be comfortable in large crowds and able to work in a loud environment.
  • Weather Conditions: Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors, and be exposed to all weather conditions, including extreme cold and heat.
Skills and Abilities
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate with other stadium teams throughout the venue.
  • Knowledge and Memorization: Ability to memorize the layout of Soldier Field, including seating sections, restrooms, gates, codes, and more.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to remain in position for an entire shift and maneuver throughout the facility.
