Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Golf Department team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and provide support.
  • Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, and inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
  • Promote company programs, such as customer loyalty programs and private label credit card enrollment.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
  • Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Golf industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally.
  • Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time.
