Position Title: Entry-Level Sales - Associate Healthcare Navigator

Program Summary:
This comprehensive training initiative spans 16-24 months, designed to equip recent graduates and those new to the workforce with essential skills for sales and leadership roles within the healthcare sector at CorsoCare. The program commences with a foundational phase that merges industry knowledge with coaching in consultative selling techniques, effective presentations, and public speaking. As participants progress, they will enhance their capabilities in team leadership and advanced selling strategies. Successful candidates will be assigned specific products and territories, with opportunities for regional leadership and coaching roles, involving travel requirements of up to 75%.

Qualifications for Entry-Level Sales – Associate Healthcare Navigator:

  • Bachelor's Degree or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Background as a Collegiate Student Athlete is preferred.
  • Demonstrated competitiveness and a strong work ethic.
  • High level of self-awareness and ethical conduct.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Capability to build and maintain relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to gain insights into various aspects of the organization and develop professional selling skills.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of all healthcare products and services offered.
  • Recognize and address the needs of seniors and their families.
  • Drive business growth and revenue generation.
  • Communicate with professionalism and clarity.
  • Provide compassionate and urgent service to seniors.
  • Commit to ongoing personal and professional development.
  • Assist patients in creating personalized healthcare plans through coaching and support (both in-person and virtual).
  • Conduct patient needs assessments.
  • Facilitate support groups.
  • Deliver educational services to patients and professionals.
  • Manage welcome and follow-up communications.
  • Respond to inquiries on the healthcare help line.
  • Work collaboratively with medical professionals to provide support.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Working Conditions:
In this role, employees must effectively communicate with others, engage in sitting, standing, walking, and utilize hands for operating equipment. Occasional reaching with hands and arms is necessary. The position requires the ability to review detailed documents and interpret information on computer screens. Employees may occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level.
