Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Life Support Instructor to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As an ACLS/PALS Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical training to our staff and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive ACLS/PALS training programs to meet the needs of our staff and external partners.
  • Collaborate with our training team to design and implement effective training strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to our staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical training protocols and guidelines to ensure our training programs are current and relevant.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to ensure our training programs are meeting their intended outcomes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Recent clinical experience in an emergency, critical care, or field setting preferred.
  • Prior educator/instructor experience preferred; prior instructor experience in ACLS/PALS education preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with an unrestricted driving record.
  • Ability to lift 45 pounds.
