Position Overview: We are in search of a proactive Manager/Senior Manager with a focus on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to enhance our specialized team dedicated to providing IT solutions for Life Science and Healthcare clients. This pivotal role is essential for steering the consulting, migration, and implementation of CRM solutions tailored to our clients in the life sciences and healthcare domains. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM systems, outstanding leadership capabilities, and a successful history of managing intricate CRM projects. This individual will lead, mentor, and motivate a cohesive team responsible for Project Management, System Migration, Implementation, and Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advance our strategic CRM support services within the Life Science & Healthcare sector for our CRM strategy and implementation team.
  • Work closely with Life Science & Healthcare clients to identify their CRM requirements and devise customized solutions that align with their strategic goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement strategic plans for the consulting, migration, and execution of Salesforce and Veeva CRM solutions tailored to meet specific client needs in the life sciences and healthcare fields.
  • Project Management: Direct and manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion, budget compliance, and adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Client Consulting: Deliver expert consulting services to clients, comprehending their unique requirements and proposing customized solutions for CRM consulting, migration, and implementation.
  • System Migration: Oversee the transition from existing CRM systems to Salesforce and Veeva, ensuring data accuracy and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Implementation: Supervise the team responsible for the configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce and Veeva CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project results.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop effective strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Salesforce and Veeva CRM technologies, integrating best practices into implementation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in CRM implementation, with a minimum of 1 year in a management capacity within the Life Science & Healthcare sector.
  • Strong familiarity with various CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, IQVIA, Synergistix, or similar systems.
  • A strategic understanding of the industry and its evolving landscape.
  • A strong ambition to drive business growth and contribute to the success of the Business unit.
  • Excellent project management skills with the capability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and make informed decisions based on data.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce or Veeva Certified Administrator) are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Life Science and healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
