Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive Manager/Senior Manager with a specialization in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to enhance our dedicated team focused on delivering tailored IT solutions for Life Sciences and Healthcare clients. This pivotal role is essential for steering the consulting, migration, and deployment of CRM solutions tailored to our clientele in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM systems, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven history of managing intricate CRM projects. This individual will lead, mentor, and motivate a cohesive team responsible for Project Management, System Migration, Implementation, and Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance our strategic CRM support services within the Life Sciences and Healthcare domain for our CRM strategy and implementation team.
  • Work closely with Life Sciences and Healthcare clients to comprehend their CRM requirements and craft customized solutions that align with their strategic goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategic initiatives for the consulting, migration, and implementation of Salesforce and Veeva CRM solutions to fulfill specific client needs in the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
  • Project Management: Oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, budget compliance, and adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Client Consulting: Deliver expert consulting services to clients, identifying their unique needs and proposing tailored solutions for CRM consulting, migration, and implementation.
  • System Migration: Supervise the transition from existing CRM systems to Salesforce and Veeva, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business activities.
  • Implementation: Lead the team responsible for the configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce and Veeva CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of professionals, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Salesforce and Veeva CRM technologies and integrate best practices into implementation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in CRM implementation, with at least one year in a management role within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector.
  • Strong familiarity with various CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, IQVIA, Synergistix, or similar systems.
  • A strategic understanding of the industry and its evolving landscape.
  • A strong commitment to driving business growth and contributing to the success of the Business unit.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce or Veeva Certified Administrator) are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Life Sciences and healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
