Job Description:
The Marketing Operations Analyst at CapLeo Global will play a pivotal role in executing market strategies to meet customer demands, focusing on supply and allocation methodologies as well as customer demand management.
This position is essential for achieving both short-term and long-term business performance goals, directly linked to supply availability, which enhances sales efficiency and aligns with financial targets.
The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, proactive, and possess strong analytical capabilities, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and effective communication regarding potential impacts on business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential impacts and propose solutions based on inventory levels.
Enhance the manual allocation process to boost sales and achieve business targets.
Work closely with internal departments, particularly the sales team, marketing communications, and medical affairs.
Support growth initiatives by ensuring the sales team has the necessary tools and resources for swift product and supply conversions.
Maintain strong connections with sales and marketing teams to share best practices and ensure the seamless execution of shared business goals.
Ensure all activities align with CapLeo Global's core values and adhere to relevant corporate, legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver them punctually to relevant stakeholders (e.g., financials vs. supply, forecast vs. supply, allocation performance).
Regularly coordinate with the supply chain team to identify gaps and determine product supply requirements.
Provide critical SKU information for reduction and financial impact to enhance product portfolio management and backorder strategies.
Engage in key marketing initiatives based on business needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Qualifications
1+ years of relevant experience in marketing, operations, or supply chain within the medical device sector preferred, but not mandatory.
Familiarity with B2B environments; understanding of the healthcare industry; exposure to cross-functional processes and requirements.
Experience in applying project management best practices in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Proven ability to develop strategies and successfully execute key initiatives.
Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.
Resourcefulness and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are essential.
Proven experience working collaboratively across functions.
