Job Description:


The Marketing Operations Analyst at CapLeo Global will play a pivotal role in executing market strategies to meet customer requirements, including supply chain management and demand forecasting.

This position is essential for aligning short and long-term business performance with supply capabilities, thereby enhancing sales effectiveness in line with financial goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential impacts and propose solutions based on inventory levels.

Identify enhancements to the allocation process to expedite sales and achieve business targets.

Work closely with internal departments, particularly sales, marketing communications, and medical affairs.

Support growth initiatives by ensuring the sales team has the necessary tools and resources for efficient product conversion.

Provide critical insights for SKU reduction and financial impact to enhance product portfolio management and backorder strategies.

Engage in key marketing initiatives as dictated by business requirements.
