Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Junior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at IDR Healthcare in a 100% remote role.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for technology and problem-solving, looking to expand their skills in Oracle Unity and customer data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Oracle Unity, focusing on core functionalities like data ingestion, unification, and segmentation.
- Collaborate with team members to manage and prioritize multiple technical issues.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical users, explaining complex issues in an understandable manner.
Requirements:
- Experience with Oracle Unity (CDM) and understanding of its core functionalities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of data management concepts and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
