In this role, you will build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, doctors, and business owners to increase patient referrals and boost retail sales for our state-of-the-art treatments and products.
You will represent our range of innovative services, including facial and body aesthetics, non-surgical hair restoration, intimate wellness, hormone replacement, body contouring, and more.
Your success will directly impact the company's growth, and key performance indicators (KPIs) will be used to determine performance-based bonuses.
You will work closely with our CEO to develop and implement strategies to grow our brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, doctors, and business owners to drive patient referrals and increase sales.
- Identifying Needs: Understand customer and business needs to recommend appropriate services and products.
- Making Sales: Conduct in-person meetings, phone calls, and virtual appointments to close sales and grow your territory.
- Negotiating: Create win-win sales contracts and pricing agreements with customers, with input from CEO.
- Educating Customers: Provide demonstrations, tutorials, and educational materials on our treatments and services.
- Setting Goals: Set, monitor, and meet sales quotas, turnover, and profit targets.
- Attending Events: Represent the company at conferences, conventions, and industry events to showcase our products and services.
- Traveling: Travel as needed to grow the brand, meet clients, and drive sales.
- Training & Development: Attend training and meetings to expand your business acumen and stay updated on industry trends.
- Outside Sales Experience: Preferably B2B sales experience in the medical or wellness industry.
- Self-Motivated, Creative Thinker & Team Player: Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
- Tech Savvy: Must be familiar with basic MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using technology for sales processes.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CRM & Social Networking Platforms Knowledge: Understanding of CRM systems and social media platforms to support sales efforts.
- Google Ads Knowledge: Understanding of social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads, content marketing, email marketing, and strategic planning is a strong plus.
- Base Salary: $80,000 per year.
- Performance-Based Bonuses: Large performance-based bonuses and commissions tied to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Benefits: Mileage reimbursement, paid time off (PTO), paid training, and travel reimbursement.
