We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales leader to join our team at Solar Works Energy as a Territory Sales Manager. This is a sales leadership position of a lifetime, offering a unique opportunity to lead a team of sales professionals and drive business growth in the local territory.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
- Conduct sales and performance meetings to review progress and set goals.
- Review and manage results on a daily basis to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Demonstrate excellence in communication and best practices across the department.
- Troubleshoot underperforming team members and help them overcome challenges.
- Proven track record of high performance in sales leadership roles.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.
