About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales leader to join our team at Solar Works Energy as a Territory Sales Manager. This is a sales leadership position of a lifetime, offering a unique opportunity to lead a team of sales professionals and drive business growth in the local territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct sales and performance meetings to review progress and set goals.
  • Review and manage results on a daily basis to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Demonstrate excellence in communication and best practices across the department.
  • Troubleshoot underperforming team members and help them overcome challenges.
