Position Overview:
As an integral part of the Optilume Sales team, the Territory Sales Associate will enhance customer satisfaction by collaborating with the Sales team to drive revenue growth and meet sales objectives within the designated territory. This role involves leading sales initiatives within a specific group of identified accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales strategies to optimize revenue growth and achieve yearly sales targets.
  • Exhibit expertise in the Optilume product range and the urethral stricture disease area.
  • Develop essential sales skills and manage territory responsibilities, including business planning, pipeline oversight, and CRM reporting.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with relevant customer personnel.
  • Conduct follow-up visits to ensure product performance and provide necessary training support.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A)
  • Strong analytical skills, a results-driven mindset, and proven teamwork capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, sales-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two years of experience in medical sales within the operating room setting is preferred.
  • Willingness to consider relocation for future advancement into Territory Manager roles.
