Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our Pricing team at Imperial Dade. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer price pages are entered and loaded accurately. If you have a strong attention to detail and take pride in your work, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Review orders to validate pricing accuracy prior to invoicing
- Review audits to ensure system accuracy
- Create quotes for sales team and other internal departments
- Maintain correct items and price points within order guides
- Generate and send order guides monthly and upon request
- Review pricing credits up to threshold and make recommendations on approval
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Procedural mindset
- Comfortable with large amounts of data
- Basic computer skills and competencies
- Self-starter
