Customer Experience Specialist
The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations. This role involves creating a culture of empowerment among employees to provide outstanding customer service, resolving customer issues promptly, and analyzing Net Promoter Score (NPS) results to improve guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Responsible for first contact resolution and customer interaction experience
- Analyze NPS results to determine cause and execute on plans to improve guest satisfaction
- Communicate and assist employees to understand customer needs, provide guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with experience in operations and sales
- Rental car experience a plus
- Excellent customer service skills, oral and written communication skills, relationship building and leadership skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills
