**Job Description**

We are seeking a Customer Experience Growth Lead to join our Operations team at Amazon. This role will be responsible for ensuring partners onboard efficiently and deploy eero successfully to their customers.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires regular travel to partner on-sites. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and objectives, as well as experience in driving cross-functional efforts to meet external commitments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Own all facets of the partner success process for large, complex strategic accounts.
  • Quantitative Analysis: Create and utilize reporting and analytics, data modeling, and business case analysis to identify opportunities for partners and ensure their objectives achieved.
  • Technical Curiosity: Is passionate and curious about technology.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals.
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
