About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals. This role involves overseeing go-to-market execution, collaborating with product teams, and working with brand, growth, and lifecycle teams to build a world-class customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing a strategic marketing plan that drives customer engagement and growth across free, core subscription, and premium upgrade businesses.
  • Overseeing go-to-market strategy for programmatic advertising business (B2B) and ensuring successful product launches.
  • Stewarding efforts to define durable customer segments by leveraging deep customer insights to inform product development and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborating with product management, engineering, marketing, and data teams to refine product positioning, value propositions, features, and messaging tailored to different customer segments.
  • Driving cross-functional initiatives with an emphasis on improving overall lifetime value (LTV).

We require 8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles in the consumer product or media industry. A proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies across products, particularly in a direct-to-consumer or ecommerce environment, is essential. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams are also necessary.
