About the Role

RAPP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our esteemed Account Leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client projects on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners, representing their interests and needs.
  • Participate in the development of client marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on client relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing clear and concise updates on project status and progress.
  • Document and track project scope, identifying and addressing scope creep as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successfully coordinating client initiatives and driving business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 4-7 years of industry experience in digital or CRM, with a strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to express complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Agency experience is a must, with a strong understanding of client-facing decks and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and technology, with the ability to navigate complex systems and tools.
