**Responsibilities**

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Experience in making presentations to potential customers and achieving mutually agreed-upon marketing goals
  • Property and Casualty license (currently held) and ability to obtain Life and Health license
