Plante Moran's Track Leadership Program is a multi-year leadership and internship program designed to develop the skills and competencies of aspiring professionals. The program features coaching and mentorship, as well as national training in audit, tax, management consulting, and wealth management practices.

Program Highlights

  • National Training: Participants will receive national training in audit, tax, management consulting, and wealth management practices.

  • Networking Opportunities: Participants will have the opportunity to network with professionals in their chosen field and build relationships that can last a lifetime.
Eligibility

To be eligible for the Track Leadership Program, participants must:

  • Be a member of a racial minority group: Participants must self-identify as a member of a racial minority group, including Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino, Asian, American Indian or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, or two or more races.
  • Be a freshman pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or a related field: Participants must be a freshman pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0: Participants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Be interested in pursuing a career in accounting, finance, or management consulting: Participants must be interested in pursuing a career in accounting, finance, or management consulting.
