**Position Overview:** The Ecommerce Merchandiser plays a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and driving sales across various digital platforms. This role involves managing product campaigns on key marketplaces and optimizing the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for analyzing key performance metrics, including inventory health and sales trends, to inform strategic decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will oversee daily promotions and product assortments, ensuring that our offerings resonate with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Oversee the digital presentation of products and implement seasonal marketing strategies.

+ Contribute to the merchandising calendar for various product stories, including the creation of marketing content for landing pages and collections.

+ Explore innovative strategies to boost sales and encourage cross-category purchases through enhanced product content.

+ Propose fresh ideas for promotions and product recommendations to increase average order value.

+ Develop personalized shopping experiences through effective sorting rules and recommendations.

+ Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.

+ Utilize industry insights and marketing plans to curate seasonal collections that inspire and engage runners.

+ Work closely with the Content Strategy team to align on campaign-oriented content.

+ Partner with the Digital Products team to introduce new merchandising functionalities.

+ Utilize merchandising tools to effectively showcase products and enhance the customer experience.

+ Act as the product expert for various marketplaces, addressing product-related inquiries.

+ Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform future merchandising strategies.

+ Monitor performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to optimize results.

+ Implement and manage site promotions, continuously optimizing for eCommerce KPIs.

+ Collaborate with the Creative team to gather assets for product launches and campaigns.

+ Ensure accuracy of product information across various platforms through regular quality assurance checks.

+ Additional responsibilities as needed.

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

+ At least 2 years of experience in executing online customer experiences.

+ Experience in the apparel or footwear eCommerce sector is essential.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively.

+ A proactive and creative mindset, eager to implement new ideas.

+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

+ Problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ A passion for running and a commitment to understanding the needs of our customers.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
