- Proven Experience: Proven experience implementing Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento 2.0) for B2B clients to drive ecommerce success.
- Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of shopping cart development, including shipping and payment gateway integrations to ensure seamless order processing.
- Front-end Development: Proficient in front-end development technologies such as MERN stack and PHP to drive ecommerce platform success.
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading cross-functional Agile Scrum teams to drive ecommerce success.
- Problem-solving Skills: Self-motivated, accountable, and adept at solving complex issues while delivering results to drive ecommerce success.
- Engineering Lead: Hands-on experience as an engineering lead on prior projects to drive ecommerce success.
- Global Commerce Experience: Experience enhancing customer experiences on global commerce sites (EU and NA) to drive ecommerce success.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills to drive ecommerce success.
- Leadership and Organizational Capabilities: Leadership and organizational capabilities to drive ecommerce success.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field to drive ecommerce success.
- 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in ecommerce platform operations, specifically with Adobe Commerce / Magento 2.0 to drive ecommerce success.
