Executive Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Northwestern Mutual. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our CEO and Director of Marketing and Client Experience, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the CEO and Director of Marketing and Client Experience, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate client case files, handle case notes, and process correspondence.
- Assist with client scheduling and rescheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and print letters of instruction for client signature and prepare policies for delivery.
- Monitor Daily Status Report (DSR) and expedite any additional underwriting requirements.
- Communicate with home office as needed to supply or obtain information.
- Provide account values and performance to clients at the direction of the representative.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications (preferred).
- 2+ years' experience in administrative support or customer service, preferably in the financial services and/or insurance industry.
- Life, Accident, and Health license obtained within 1 month of employment, if not already obtained.
- Series 6 & 63 obtained within 12 months, if not already obtained.
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications and data entry and information retrieval software.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong customer relationship and service skills, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Starting Salary of $50,000.
- 40 hours per week.
