Are you a seasoned HR professional eager to contribute to a vibrant production atmosphere? We are on the lookout for a proficient Human Resources Specialist to become a vital part of our team. Compensation: $25 - $28 per hour
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete hiring cycle, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making selections, while also effectively administering employee benefits.
- Exhibit outstanding multitasking and teamwork abilities to work collaboratively with various departments in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Lead recruiting initiatives to draw in top-tier talent, employing diverse platforms and strategies to sustain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Conduct new employee orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process, promoting a positive introduction to our company culture and operations.
- Guarantee compliance with company policies by overseeing the creation, implementation, and regular updates of employee handbooks.
Essential Functions:
- Willingness to work up to 5 hours of overtime weekly.
Required Skills:
- Human Resources: Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred.
- Recruiting: At least 2 years of experience required.
- Sourcing Techniques.
- Leadership Skills.
- Employee Relations Expertise.
Qualifications:
- Overall Experience: 5 years.
- Experience Level: Experienced.
