Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the formulation of recruitment strategies and methodologies that align with the objectives of the Human Resources Division.
- Identifying and attracting candidates using advanced sourcing techniques; compiling recruitment analytics by gathering, interpreting, and summarizing data and trends.
- Offering recruitment assistance to hiring supervisors for both exempt and non-exempt roles. Overseeing internal and external recruitment channels and formalizing offers once a candidate is chosen.
- Managing all aspects of organizational recruitment activities, including participating in job fairs, advertising positions, and conducting preliminary interviews.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience is mandatory. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of relevant work experience in a corporate setting.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources is essential.
Required Skills/Certifications:
- Attention to detail, ability to navigate ambiguity, and demonstrate strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
- Capability to work autonomously under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Must exhibit teamwork, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are necessary.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are crucial.
