Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the formulation of recruitment strategies and methodologies that align with the objectives of the Human Resources Division.
  • Identifying and attracting candidates using advanced sourcing techniques; compiling recruitment analytics by gathering, interpreting, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Offering recruitment assistance to hiring supervisors for both exempt and non-exempt roles. Overseeing internal and external recruitment channels and formalizing offers once a candidate is chosen.
  • Managing all aspects of organizational recruitment activities, including participating in job fairs, advertising positions, and conducting preliminary interviews.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience is mandatory. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of relevant work experience in a corporate setting.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources is essential.

Required Skills/Certifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are crucial.
