The estimated annual salary for this position is **$65,300 - $102,950**.
Responsibilities:
- Clinical leadership and supervision
- Staff development and education
- Quality improvement and patient safety
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
- An Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program
- Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment
