The Providence Clinical Network is seeking a skilled Clinical Staff Supervisor to coordinate and manage the clinical support staff and clinical workflows within our clinic. This role is an integral part of the clinic leadership team, bringing a professional nursing perspective to the group and upholding the standards of nursing practice.

As a Clinical Staff Supervisor, you will oversee the care provided by clinical support staff and initiate efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of clinical staff members. You will lead clinical staff to ensure that patient care services are delivered in an efficient, safe, and timely manner, sensitive to patients' physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • 3 years direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting
  • 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting
  • Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment
  • Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting

**Salary:** $47.98 - $75.94 per hour (dependent on experience)
