We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team of clinical staff, providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the clinical support staff and workflows within the clinic. You will work closely with the clinic leadership team to ensure that patient care services are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • 3 years direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting
  • 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting
  • Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment

Pay Range

The estimated salary for this role is $47.98-$75.94 per hour, based on location and experience. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
