Job Summary

The Clinic Nursing and Quality Supervisor is an integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing a professional nursing perspective to the group and upholding standards of clinical practice. The role oversees clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing best practices.

About the Role

This position emphasizes a culture of patient-focused care and continuous improvement in clinical operations. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for managing complex patients and providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of clinical staff performance, including coaching, mentoring, and developing staff members.
  • Implementation of best practices within the nursing team.
  • Management of complex patients and provision of clinical education to support staff.
  • Culture development and maintenance of a patient-focused care environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
  • An Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program.
  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment.
