Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical best practices and policies
- Mentor and coach clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and improve clinical quality and patient safety
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Completion of an ONS approved Chemotherapy course, Maintain certification - Cancer Center Infusion East, Infusion, Transfusion Chemotherapy, Outpatient Transfusion upon hire
- Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Maintain certification - Lactation Postpartum, Postpartum Care Center upon hire
- 3 years of RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program
- Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment, including medical assistant, nurses and related clinical positions
