The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, reflecting the importance of your role in our organization. To excel in this position, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additionally, you'll need to obtain certifications such as National Provider BLS - American Heart Association and Oregon Registered Nurse License. A minimum of 3+ years of RN experience, particularly in managing complex patients or completing an RN Ambulatory Residency program, is also essential. Furthermore, experience in providing clinical education to support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment is highly valued.
