**About the Job:**

We are seeking a dedicated Ambulatory Supervisor RN to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the clinical support staff and clinical workflows within the clinic.

As a key member of the clinic leadership team, you will bring your professional nursing perspective to the group and uphold the standards of nursing practice.

You will oversee the care provided by clinical support staff and initiate efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of the clinical staff members.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead clinical staff in ensuring that patient care services are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner that is sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological and spiritual needs.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $99,998.64, based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly wage of $63.00.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Coordinate and manage the clinical support staff and clinical workflows within the clinic
  • Oversee the care provided by clinical support staff and initiate efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of the clinical staff members
  • Lead clinical staff in ensuring that patient care services are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner that is sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological and spiritual needs
