- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, patients, and staff.
- Coordinate the daily schedule of candidate interviews and ensure a smooth transition of information.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage the Patient Fund Petty Cash box and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare, copy, and mail administrative correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Assist with inventory and ordering of office supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Maintain business office filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Follow emergency protocol and maintain confidentiality of all residents' records.
- Report any instances of abuse or neglect or other concerns to management.
- Participate in orientation, training, and in-service education, and staff meetings.
- Ensure all mandatory training is completed on time.
Requirements:
- Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of business office machines and computer skills with word processing software knowledge.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a detail-oriented approach.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with confidence when interacting with a variety of people.
