Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead the Front Office, Reservations, PBX, Bell Services, and Kids Experience departments
* Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Develop and manage department budgets
* Recruit, select, train, and develop a high-performing team
* Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in guest services management, preferably in a large hotel or resort property
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality guest services and driving business results
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
