Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly, respond to inquiries, and assist with requests.
  • Register guests by confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registration, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
  • Establish credit by verifying payment methods.
  • Guide guests to their rooms using resort maps.
  • Facilitate communication by relaying messages, mail, and packages.
  • Provide concierge services by addressing guest inquiries about resort amenities and local services.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and room data.
  • Process payments and compute bills accurately.
  • Assist with reservations for the resort and other services.
  • Safeguard guest valuables by managing lost and found items.
  • Verify guest identity during the registration process.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements:
