Guest Services Representative

At Great Wolf Lodge, our Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in delivering a seamless and professional check-in and check-out experience, allowing guests to fully enjoy the various amenities our lodge offers. As often the first point of contact, the Front Desk Agent helps to establish a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly, addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests.
- Register guests by confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registration, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
- Establish credit by verifying payment methods.
- Guide guests to their rooms using resort maps.
- Communicate important information to guests by managing messages, mail, and packages.
- Provide concierge services by assisting guests with inquiries about resort amenities and local services.
- Maintain accurate records by entering guest account data.
- Process payments and compute bills for services rendered.
- Manage reservations for various services.
- Safeguard guest valuables through lost and found procedures.
- Verify guest identity during registration.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Enthusiastic and energetic demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
