  • Understand and Promote Jiffy Lube Products and Services: Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to our guests.
  • Accurately Capture Guest Needs: Identify and capture the specific needs of our guests, providing updates and recommendations throughout the service process.
  • Offer Tailored Solutions: Provide our guests with options that meet their unique automotive needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • Perform Jiffy Lube's Signature Service: Conduct oil changes, replace fluids, filters, wiper blades, and perform other preventative maintenance services to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube environment.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role.
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check.
  • Effective Communication: Possess the ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
