  • Capture Guest Needs and Provide Updates: Accurately capture our guests' product needs and provide updates throughout the service process.
  • Offer Personalized Recommendations: Provide our guests with options tailored to their automotive needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • Perform Jiffy Lube's Signature Service: Perform our signature oil change service, replacing fluids, filters, wiper blades, and other preventative maintenance services.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube is required.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role.
  • Background Check: Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Effective Communication: Must possess the ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
