Maman Corp. is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our dedicated team in the Pastry Department.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $22.

As a member of our pastry team, you will collaborate closely with the Pastry Supervisor and fellow bakers to create a variety of delectable items that are essential to our menu, including:

  • Brownies
  • Loaf Cakes
  • Oreos
  • Tea Cakes
  • Travel Cakes
and more.

Key Responsibilities:

To excel in this role, you should possess at least one year of experience as a baker in a high-volume production setting.

  • Adhere to established recipes and guidelines.
  • Accurately scale ingredients.
  • Mix and prepare doughs and batters.
  • Shape and pipe various baked goods.
  • Efficiently bake a range of items.
  • Handle weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Organize your workspace and manage tasks effectively.

In terms of scheduling, you will work five days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM, with designated breaks throughout your shift.
