Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a pastry chef or sous chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of pastry arts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
