Strategic Sales Executive for Community Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our fast-paced Community Solutions sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, property owners, and government officials.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our state-of-the-art products and services to builders and property managers of multiple dwelling unit (MDU) communities. With a strong understanding of our products and services, you will help customers keep their residents connected while increasing property values.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication, contract negotiation, strategic planning, problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and active listening skills. About the Role:

  • Sell our state-of-the-art products and services to builders and property managers of MDU communities.
  • B uid and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
  • Exceed sales and revenue goals through effective negotiation and strategy.
  • Anticipate and mitigate challenges for at-risk MDU accounts.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time, including day trips and occasional overnight travel.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of related sales experience within cable TV, residential property management, or real estate development.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Superb communication, contract negotiation, strategic planning, problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and active listening skills.
  • A valid state driver's license and safe driving record.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
