Regional Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at OLE' Mexican Foods. This role is responsible for the sales growth of assigned territories, establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with customers and independent operators.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision makers, store managers, and independent operators to drive business growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute tailored sales plans to influence growth opportunities, ensure sales budgets are achieved, and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Review weekly Out-of-Stock (OOS) reports to address deficiencies and communicate with Division Sales Managers on sales activities, progress, and status of prospective customers.
- Ensure weekly customer visits to secure incremental space and displays, and guarantee IOs in assigned areas execute proper product rotation to minimize credits.
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle/truck and adhere to company procedures.
- 1+ years of experience in DSD/Retail or field-based sales roles.
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record.
- Able to carry 20-40 pounds and run routes as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and display a professional demeanor representing clients.
- Strong leadership skills and organizational abilities.
