Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Sales Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and developing new Forklift Tire business by focusing on the Material Handling industry. This role involves managing day-to-day execution using provided tools, methods, and processes to achieve maximum client satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and executes a personal sales plan utilizing the Integrity Selling System to retain or obtain new Industrial tire account business and meet established goals.
  • Prospects and qualifies potential new Material Handling customers for Snider Fleet Solutions.
  • Schedules appointments to determine customer needs and possible Snider Solutions.
  • Identifies customer needs and business goals.
  • Designs and develops programs (proposals) that meet customer needs and presents proposals to customers.
  • Works with Branch Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and Liftline to determine inventory requirements for each new customer.
  • Negotiates customer offerings, solution designs, and pricing to align with customer needs and budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years' outside sales experience.
  • At least 2 years working in the Material Handling Industry.
  • Proven track record of new account development.
