Become a Key Player in Tile Tech's Sales Division

Tile Tech, a distinguished manufacturer and distributor of construction and building materials, is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative. With over 25 years of experience, we operate across the U.S. and Canada, providing top-notch products and services.

As a Sales Representative, you will work in a supportive team atmosphere, showcasing your exceptional communication skills and proactive approach while managing tight deadlines.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Employ advanced commercial cost estimating techniques to deliver conceptual estimates for various construction projects.
  • Expertly perform plan takeoffs, develop proposals, and collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, accounting) throughout the sales process.
  • Distribute marketing materials, data sheets, and product samples to clients and representatives.
  • Oversee the sales process from quotation to delivery, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Handle a significant volume of incoming communications, including calls and emails.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized, punctual, and a reliable self-starter, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in inside sales and/or estimating is essential.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Proficiency in current estimating/take-off software programs such as Blue Beam, PlanSwift, ProCore, MeasureSquare, Autodesk Takeoff.
  • Strong mathematical skills for assessing material quantities and related costs, including change orders and pricing adjustments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with accounting/invoicing software such as Sage/Peachtree or QuickBooks.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting Pay: $30.00 per hour (Negotiable, Based on Experience)
  • Full-time Position with 401(k) Benefits
  • Bonus Opportunities Available

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Bluebeam or Takeoff Software, Sage/Peachtree, Customer Service, and Microsoft Office.
