Job Summary

ELCO Lighting, a leading manufacturer of lighting fixtures, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with existing customers to understand their needs and provide expert product knowledge.
  • Develop and present customized quotes for lighting fixture projects, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
  • Manage a database of open projects and maintain accurate records.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of ELCO Lighting's products and their benefits over competitors' offerings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of Sales experience within the Lighting industry.
  • Strong passion for sales and a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with LED lighting and its applications in the industry is a plus.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of Sales experience is required for this position.
  • Benefits: Medical / Dental / 401K and other benefits.
  • Pay range: $17 - $25 /hr.
