Your Role in Connecting Customers

The Retail Mobile Sales Specialist is tasked with delivering an exceptional customer experience to our Boost Mobile clientele. This involves understanding and addressing their telecommunication needs, as well as engaging in promotional activities to attract new customers while nurturing relationships with existing ones. Our sales team benefits from comprehensive training, ensuring they are well-equipped to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete initial and ongoing training to become proficient in presenting prepaid solutions.
  • Engage with customers, acknowledging their choice to shop with us.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets as set by management.
  • Ensure compliance with daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor, addressing each sales opportunity with professionalism.
  • Participate in promotional events and represent Boost Mobile effectively.
  • Collaborate well with colleagues and management.
  • Maximize productivity during shifts, regardless of customer traffic.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six months of customer service or sales experience in a retail setting; wireless experience is advantageous.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred in certain locations.
  • Exhibit a professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods on the sales floor.
  • Capable of lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Pay: $17.00 per hour, with potential for additional earnings through a commission program based on performance.
