Sales Executive for Tenting and Rental Solutions

The Sales Executive is a seasoned professional in the TENTING and RENTAL sector, tasked with the responsibility of generating, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover business prospects by evaluating their market position; conduct thorough research and analysis of sales opportunities.
- Develop new client relationships through proactive outreach, including cold calling and in-person meetings; respond to qualified leads and follow up to enhance the sales territory.
- Uphold high standards of customer service.
- Build rapport with potential clients through effective communication and in-depth product knowledge to create revenue growth opportunities.
- Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, while increasing sales through cross-selling, up-selling, and additional services.
- Communicate product features and advantages, provide pricing details, discuss payment options, and prepare sales documentation.
- Aim to meet personal and organizational objectives while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Keep management updated by submitting activity reports, weekly action plans, and monthly territory assessments.
- Stay informed on product offerings and consumer trends.
- Monitor project completion by gathering data on pricing, products, and new offerings.
- Address customer issues to foster positive feedback and strengthen business relationships.
- Ensure service quality by adhering to organizational standards.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of sales experience in the TENTING / RENTAL industry is essential.
- Proven customer service expertise.
- Experience in business development.
- Ability to research and identify new business opportunities.
- Strong closing capabilities.
- Strategic planning and territory management skills.
