About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Management Trainee. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop a team of customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Review and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address these areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service to ensure our team is equipped to deliver the highest level of service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork, and attention to detail.
  • Prior leadership or management experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
